个人简历
bw必威西汉姆联官网Betway必威西汉姆联副教授,博士生导师,bw必威西汉姆联官网“仲英青年学者”。2015年获bw必威西汉姆联官网电子科学与技术博士学位,2015-2019年在bw必威西汉姆联官网从事博士后研究工作,期间在加州大学洛杉矶分校做访问助理研究员(2017-2019)。曾获江苏省优秀博士学位论文、博士研究生国家奖学金等。主持国家自然科学基金面上(2项)、青年项目(1项);KJW项目(1项)和博士后科学基金面上项目(1项)等,参与“国家重点研发计划”、“国家重大仪器项目”等多项科学基金。 主要开展低维分子晶体、低维原子晶体、低维有机无机异质结等材料、器件与电路相关研究,在Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Physical Review Letters、Science Advanced、Nano Letters 等国际高水平期刊发表论文,引用超过3000次。 研究方向
