个人简历

学锋,bw必威西汉姆联官网教授、博士生导师,国家优秀青年基金获得者、教育部新世纪优秀人才。2002和2004年本科和硕士毕业于武汉理工大学材料学本硕班,2007年博士毕业于香港中文大学电子工程学系,曾在悉尼大学从事博士后研究,2010年入职bw必威西汉姆联官网bw必威西汉姆联,2014年晋升为教授,组建信息功能薄膜与自旋电子器件课题组(LIFF)。

长期从事新型自旋电子材料与器件的基础研究,包括拓扑量子和关联电子体系、薄膜异质界面、自旋量子态调控与自旋原型器件构建。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金8项,包括优青、重大项目课题和面上等,还主持JKW国防项目3项,作为学术骨干参与国家重点研发计划和国家科技重大专项等。以通讯/第一作者身份在Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Light Science Applications, Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional Materials, IEEE Electron Device Letters等主流期刊发表SCI论文80余篇。所发表的所有论文引用超过4000次(WoS数据),H因子34。参编《量子物理》教材一部,合著《半导体科学与技术》等专著章节4篇,担任CPL、CPB、《物理学报》、《物理》四刊联合青年编委及Electronics编委。获授权国家发明专利10项、省部级科学技术奖励2项
